BUILDING SCHOOLS IN NORTH VIETNAM

KEY FACTS

THE CORE

The N'go Social Sneakers combine French design with handicraft from Vietnam. Each N'go Social Sneaker is decorated with a traditional fabric that has been hand-woven on a homemade loom.

The casual, wearable streetwear styles are refined by unique ethno patterns in different color and pattern variations that originate from independent handwork in the north of Vietnam.

THE FOUNDERS

Ronan and Kevin, the founders of N'go Shoes, want to have a positive impact on the lives of the artisans and their children. Building a long-term, fair trade relationship with the parents is one part of their commitment, the other part is building schools. They want to promote education in Vietnam, as it is one of the most effective methods of fighting poverty and initiating sustainable progress. Since 2017 they have successfully built 3 schools in North Vietnam. In cooperation with the Austrian non-profit organisation Sao Bien, the establishment of further schools is planned.
