Corinna Borucki is 32 years old and studied international business and marketing. Sustainability has been her heart project for a long time. Besides her fair fashion blog and Instagram channel @kissenundkarma, which she started in 2015, she now works full time for her label Coco Malou. Beforehand, she was in the Green Office Maastricht and subsequently worked five years as Marketing Manager for ecological home care products in Stuttgart. In the beginning of 2019 she turned her hobby of sustainable fashion into her profession.
PRODUCED IN PORTUGAL FROM HIGH-QUALITY, CERTIFIED MATERIALS.
The lace is made of recycled materials. The recycled polyamide Q-nova® is produced in Italy, using textile waste from production. The elastane ROICA™ ECO-SMART consists of up to 50% pre-consumer waste. Both are certified with the Global Recycle Standard. The lace is also OEKO-TEX® Step certified. The main material of the products is silky soft Tencel. The raw material is wood and the manufacturing process is particularly environmentally friendly, has great wearing qualities and is produced by the Lenzing company in Austria. The wood comes from sustainable forestry and is certified and controlled according to FSC® and/or PEFC™. The gold accessories such as rings, sliders as well as the click fastener are made of high-quality, nickel-free metal in Germany and are OEKO-Tex level 1 certified. All materials are lovingly assembled in Portugal, Lisbon. The brand is part of the Fashion Revolution movement.
